MEET THE
TOBA TEAM
Community ambassadors are leading the way.
The call is out! Toba Ambassadors are reaching out for all Manitoba communities to come together in support of children and families affected by child abuse.
“Whether I’m on the ice, or supporting Toba Centre, I know what it means to be part of a team. When a child is hurt and feels alone, I want them to know there is a team right here who really cares, who really wants to listen, and really wants to help. The truth is none of us can go it alone. So I invite all Manitobans to show up as a community, put on their blues on October 24 and join Team Toba.”

“It was such an honour to wear the Canadian jersey on the 2020 Olympic stage in Tokyo when we brought home the gold. Today, I am just as proud to be wearing the #GoBlueToba jersey. Whether you’re playing forward or defense, every person has a role to play. The same is true when it comes to supporting our kids. It means we listen. We believe them, and we report abuse when we see the signs.”

Olympic Gold Medalist,
