The TobaCentre.ca website (the “Website”) is operated by Toba Centre for Children & Youth Inc. Toba Centre for Children & Youth is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information of its donors, employees, users of the Website, and other stakeholders. Toba Centre for Children & Youth values the trust of those we deal with, and of the public, and recognizes that maintaining this trust requires that we be transparent and accountable in how we treat the information that is shared with us. This Privacy Policy explains how Toba Centre for Children & Youth collects, uses, and discloses the personal information you may provide while using the Website and any other websites or microsites operated by Toba Centre for Children & Youth, including any tools, apps, forums, event registration pages, social media pages, contest entries, purchases and/or donations (collectively, the “Websites” or the “Website).

4. to invest and administer donated funds;

Personal information gathered by Toba Centre for Children & Youth is kept in confidence. Toba Centre for Children & Youth employees are authorized to access personal information based only on their need to deal with the information for the reason(s) for which it was obtained. Personal information will only be collected and used by authorized employees in a manner consistent with the activities of Toba Centre for Children & Youth. Toba Centre for Children & Youth does not rent, sell or otherwise disclose any of the personal information you provide to Toba Centre for Children & Youth, other than for those purposes identified above. Toba Centre for Children & Youth does not share or otherwise disclose any of the personal information you provide to Toba Centre for Children & Youth, other than as expressly set out in this Privacy Policy.

Toba Centre for Children & Youth will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Toba Centre for Children & Youth will retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with its legal obligations (for example, if Toba Centre for Children & Youth is required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce its legal agreements and policies

Toba Centre for Children & Youth is committed to safeguarding your personal information. Toba Centre for Children & Youth uses appropriate security measures to protect personal information against risks such as loss or theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, modification or destruction regardless of the format in which it is held.
